Bft has added two new fast slide gate operators to its range: Ares Veloce Smart BT A 500 and Icaro Veloce Smart AC A 1000. The two operators are ideal for situations where swift opening and closing, minimum waiting times and a high degree of safety is required. These operators have been designed specifically for sliding gates located by busy traffic areas. The rapid opening and closing ensures a swift passage through the entrance, reducing the risk of unauthorized vehicles entering the area and avoiding traffic build-up, particularly in industrial and commercial environments.
Ares Veloce Smart BT A 500 is a 24V operator for gates weighing up to 500 kg; it operates at 25 metres a minute. Icaro Veloce Smart AC A 1000, is a 230V operator for gates weighing up to 1000 kg it also operates at 25 metres a minute.
Both operators are simple and convenient to install even in locations where space is at a minimum, the casing screws are front-mounted and the control panel is positioned obliquely. The electromechanical limit switch ensures maximum precision in maneuvering and is easy to adjust.
The release lever, has a unique personalized key for safety and security, it unlocks the automation mechanism easily even during a power outage.
Ares Veloce Smart BT A 500 and Icaro Veloce AC A 1000 are both U-Link, compatible allowing connectivitywith other automation products. Using the U-Base software means installers can manage the automation remotely without having to be physically present on-site allowing them to operate on a number of client sites simultaneously.
With D-Track, Bft’s intelligent torque management system, the gate’s level of torque is constantly updated, taking into consideration climatic conditions, temperature and the degree of wear and tear of the product.
