An American company has built the first house using a 3D printer and Autonomous Robotic Construction System (ARCS) technology.
It took only 3 technicians and 48 hours of printing time over eight days to build the house in cement, covering an area of approximately 180 m2. The digital robotic system printed the foundations, the walls and the pipe lines. A roof, guttering and windows will have to be added to complete the construction.
